Our promises to you:

We look at care from a different angle. Everyone is different, and our team of professional care and support workers understand this.

Each service user requires a different level of care and support. We tailor our services to each person by working with them to develop a personalised care plan. Providing you’ve not already been assessed, our team will carry out a full and free assessment of each user’s needs and requirements.

Our promises to you:

¬ We will endeavour to help you, communicate with you and support you to achieve the best outcome for you or your loved one.

¬ We will work with you to develop a tailored care plan to support your independence.

¬ As home care professionals, we will advise which of our services will be of greatest benefit to you even if we think you require less contact time with our care and support workers. We’re here to help, not upsell to you!

By working to support your quality of life, these promises allow us to develop a relationship with each individual service user.

We have a can-do attitude when it comes to supporting our users. If it supports your independence, then we will always do our best to help.

We offer a full range of home care services:

personal care

We can support you with the things many take for granted. If it promotes your independence, we’ll do it. Maybe you want your hair and nails done? That’s no problem – we’ll send someone around to make you look a million dollars!

Support with medication

Taking your medication can be a matter of life and death. For the peace of mind of you and your loved ones, we’ll make sure you take the correct medication at the right time.

Dementia support

Dementia is a horrible, debilitating disease – not just for the person diagnosed but for their family and friends too. If you need a break, our care and support workers, trained to care for those with different stages of dementia, can help lift a weight off your shoulders knowing your loved one is safe and cared for.

End of life care

t the most difficult time in your life, we will help you live life to the full right up until the end. We believe life is for living and our support can help you maintain a higher quality of life in your final months.

Young adult support

Becoming an adult should be exciting and thrilling for everyone. We can support young adults in a variety of ways from helping them travel to work to ensuring they have a fulfilling social life

Shopping services

Love shopping but wish you were in the position to do more of it? Our support workers are more than happy to join you on your next shopping trip to ensure your retail therapy goes as smoothly and safely as possible.

Assistance with activities and days out

Getting out and about is important to living a happy and fun life. If you’re working full time and have less time to take a loved one for a day out, we can step in and make sure they have a fantastic time while remaining safe and secure throughout.

Care relief during holidays

Caring for a friend or family member can be tiring – emotionally and physically, particularly if it’s a long-term illness. With Walnut Care, you can go for a short or long break knowing your loved one is receiving the highest level of care in the comfort of their own home.

Meal preparation

What’s your favourite recipe? Fancy spaghetti bolognese or classic bangers and mash? Our support workers will be able to create your favourite dish served to your liking. We’ll prepare the ingredients, cook and serve it, and clean up afterwards.

We’re not bound by the things we can’t do, but rather by the things we can do. We have a can-do attitude and with our fully trained staff, we make sure that ethos runs from the top to the bottom of our organisation.
Within reason, we’re happy to do anything to promote your wellbeing.
Maybe you need some work on your garden or some plumbing in your bathroom? If we can’t do it, we take it upon ourselves to make sure we find someone who can help you. It’s all part of the service and we see it as our responsibility. Over the years we’ve accumulated a list of trusted service providers (gardeners, electricians etc) across Lincolnshire who we can recommend.

For an hour of traditional home care we charge £15 - £17.
