What it costs in Kirton

The same prices everywhere we go: £3.75 for each visit, plus the care time at £27.55 an hour.

Price per visit
VisitPrice per visitOften used for
15 minutes£10.64A medication prompt or a quick check that all is well
30 minutes£17.53Medication, a welfare check or a quick personal-care call
45 minutes£24.41A full wash and dress, breakfast or a sit-down meal
1 hour£31.30Complex personal care, getting out and about, or unhurried time together

Half an hour really is half an hour. Every minute of care costs the same, so a 30-minute visit is exactly half an hour's care time (£13.78) plus the visit charge. Some providers charge shorter visits at a higher rate. We don't. We also offer 15-minute visits for when that's all that's needed.

  • Longer visits are priced the same way.
  • Weekends, bank holidays and visits that need two carers are priced when we assess your needs.
  • If Lincolnshire County Council funds your care, or you use a Direct Payment, different rates apply. We'll talk you through it.
